Overview
Amazing Events Incentive Rewards are usually preferred by companies looking to reward certain individuals or specific groups or they are remedial, addressing a weakness or failing within a department or business.
They are always designed to be great fun and to broaden skills and knowledge in a way that is valuable to each participant as well as creating a foundation on which the company can build on in the future.
Case Study: Thales Defence Limited - Electronics
Defence contractors, Thales, approached Amazing Events wanting to broaden the experience and skills of one of their Development Teams in a manner that gave them a greater understanding of making physical risk assessments, deploying human and technical resource and understanding the logistics involved in moving resource overseas while also building a better relationship with their overseas customer.
Our solution was the planning and execution of an adventurous expedition to the customers country thus producing stronger relationship ties between the two companies.
Case Study: The Defence Procurement Agency - MOD
A Department of the DPA had identified a communications problem within one of their Force Projection Teams.
Team members had become insular and were not communicating broadly across the working group. A short, sharp, shock was part of the client brief along with the development and refreshment of past training and skills.
Our solution was the removal of a key member of their team by a national terrorist faction during a compulsory motivational seminar held in an old country house.
The DPA team were given 24 hours to rescue their colleague.
Case Study: Von Essen Hotel Group
A client of the hotel group requested an unusual Team Build and reward programme for 30 participants. They asked Amazing Events to produce the event.
The requirement was that it had to be "spectacular", last no more that 24 hours, and be very memorable.
The Von Essen group have their own fleet of helicopters which we involved. They also have some of the finest hotels in the UK with top chefs of international standard.
The solution scenario was a UK aerial treasure hunt using the Von Essen hotels as base locations with helicopters being used to transport the teams around.
