Overview

We have several different weekend plots to choose from. They usually run from Friday evening through untill Sunday lunchtime and also allow you enough free time to enjoy your luxurious surroundings.

Our professional Actors will be with you from the start and their every word and action may be a clue to explaining the subsequent events.

You can decide for yourself how much you get involved, play a character in the story or sit back and be entertained as the mystery unfolds infront of your eyes.

Usual Timetable of Events

Friday Evening

Your guests will receive their invitations and information pack to a 'Cluedunnit Murder'’ in advance of the weekend.

They can arrive at the chosen venue, usually a beautiful secluded country house hotel, sometime after 2.00pm and settle into their rooms.

A drinks reception is arranged for 7.30pm where all the guests will meet the cast of professional Actors who play the roles of the 'suspects' clues will be dropped during the Drinks Reception and the action continues during a splendid three course meal.

The first body will be discovered sometime during the proceedings and the questioning begins.

Our bumbling local bobby is usually on the scene quite quickly to help with investigations.

Saturday

After a full English Breakfast on Saturday morning, all the suspects can be questioned once again and further clues may be revealed. A surprise new suspect may even join the party! You will have time to review all the information gleaned so far and to inspect the police incident board.

The late morning and afternoon are now yours to enjoy as you wish. Use the leisure facilities of the venue or explore the attractions of the local area.

During Saturday afternoon we invite guests to join us for a singsong or parlour games if they so wish.

Saturday Evening brings the Gala Dinner when you are invited to 'dress up' to suit the theme of the weekend.

More bodies are discovered before the night is out and the remaining suspects are put under pressure to reveal all. After a thorough summing up by our faithful policeman you are invited to complete your 'whodunnit' solution forms.

The denouement takes place and the Murderer (or Murderers) uncovered. Prizes are awarded, certificates distributed to all guests and we all retire to the bar!

Sunday

After a leisurely breakfast you are free to make your way home or why not extended your stay a little and enjoy a super Sunday Lunch?

Cluedunnit can organise a Weekend Murder for various size groups and we are also looking into organising ''General Public' Murder Weekends at a series of venues around the country.
