Overview
Amazing Events have numerous tasks and challenges that are suitable for mixed ability groups.
No special physical skills are required to take part in or to successfully complete any of our tests.
All the activities are custom built and developed from a wide range of inspirations.
They are designed to be accessible to everyone but you will need to think fast, work as a team, and have a sense of humour.
Lawn Based Challenges
Frogger
The team has to get everyone across the pool using stepping stones / lily pads using only two planks of wood.
Skills: Communication, Team Work, Leadership, Time Management.
Minefield
Not for the faint hearted! This task requires the whole team to cross the booby trapped board. Two team members must cross at a time however there are some obstacles.
The two members are blindfolded and must be guided by the rest of the team who cannot speak.

Rope Square
All members of the team are blindfolded for this task involving a circle of rope.
Skills: Communication, Practical Thinking, Delegation.
Many Hands
We have sprung a leak and it requires everyone's efforts to achieve the goal (water-based game).
Skills: Communication, Co-operation, Team Work, Delegation.
Noah's Flood
The Island is flooding and the team needs to be above ground.
With the sparsest of equipment the whole team must be at least 1 foot off the ground for the duration of the flood.

Double Cross
Construct two different shaped crosses from the equipment provided.
Skills: Spacial Awareness, Co-operation, Team Work, Time Management.
Ski Free
Four members of the team at a time have to negotiate a course whilst on two ski-like planks this requires co-ordination and communication to successfully complete this task.

Rubik's Challenge
Like the cubic puzzle of the same name this colour co-ordination puzzle is a real head scratcher!

Arteazian Challenge
This is a water-based problem to solve. Various containers are filled with various amounts of water and you are set a task to achieve in a set time.

Your task is to move a pyramid of blocks over a set distance using strict building rules.
This task can take longer than you may think.

A sensitive bomb (yes it's real!) must be defused by careful identification and instruction from a manual held in a remote location.

This needs a clear head and a steady hand to successfully move the radioactive canister.

Changing Values
There are 3 gold coins and 3 copper coins laid out in a row. There is a space between the two. The task is to swop the positions of the coins over.

Great Wheely Challenge
Your task is to design and build a wheeled vehicle to transport a radioactive container over a given distance. This challenge can be made more or less difficult depending upon the time allocated.
This is one of our best tasks for a larger group to undertake.
